Cops remove the same pigs two days in a row
Victoria police encountered this pair of trouble makers on the Hume Freeway after receiving calls from multiple concerned motorists after they were spotted grazing in the median strip. The images are going viral after Victoria police posted it to their Facebook page.
"It was a case of piggies in the middle when Seymour Police received numerous calls from motorist reporting pigs grazing on the the Hume Freeway centre median strip. The Seymour van crew set off to save some bacon and eventually found the little guys happily grazing peacefully in the middle of the freeway. Despite being much-loved pets of a local resident and happy to see humans, the mischievous piggies proved squealy difficult to catch.
After considerable chasing, both pigs were finally placed into the back of the div van and driven to their farm.
However, this curly tale didn't end there! The serial escape artists were back on the median strip the following day, proving that the grass really much greener on the other side.
Each time they have been returned safely to their owner.
